A bit about David

David has worked at the Development Bank of Wales since its launch in 2002. Currently, he is the Chief Financial Officer at the bank, where he is responsible for the finance and treasury functions.  Previously, David was an Investment Director at the bank being responsible for the new investments, property development, Help to Buy Wales, portfolio debt, business development and business analysis teams in Wales.

David is a member of the Development Bank’s Senior Management Team and Investment Committee. David is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and also holds their corporate finance qualification. David’s interests include family and fitness.
