A bit about James
James is a Co-opted member of the Group Board and member of the Safeguarding Committee. James is the Director of Care, part of the Senior Leadership Team, and the Responsible Individual for Pobl’s RISCA regulated Services which span across the South of Wales.
James has over 20 years’ experience of working within Care, Support and Housing, and at a senior level within Wales and England, joining Pobl in 2017. Working closely with partners, James has been able to deliver financially sustainable services of both high quality and at large scale with a focus on customer and colleague co-production and experience.
