A bit about Neil

Elected as an Independent County Councillor in 2017, Neil is Cabinet Member for Corporate Improvement and Communities at Pembrokeshire County Council. He has played a significant role in leading the Council’s improvement programme, securing significant investment into technology innovation and acting as a lead on the Council’s first ever ‘Programme for Administration’ setting out the political aspirations for an ambitious and modernising coalition cabinet.

Neil’s professional career has seen him working for blue chip technology organisations as well as consulting within the public sector, before moving home to Pembrokeshire.

Neil is a Member Peer at the Local Government Association, a Non-Executive Director with the Centre for Digital Public Services, the Chair of Pembrokeshire’s Public Services Board, and his local Community Council. He is proud to be a public servant.
