Trem Y Glyn Voted one of Top 20 Care Homes in Wales!
Trem y Glyn, our older people’s service in Glynneath has been chosen by residents and their families as one of the Top 20 care homes in Wales!
There are 1,012 homes in Wales with the top 20 receiving an award from the UK’s leading reviews guide to care homes, carehome.co.uk. The award is based on reviews of the care home written by residents, as well as their friends and relatives. This means that people have taken the time to write a review online or via a paper form, expressing their feelings about the service provided. And if you read through them, you’ll really get a feel for the impact that the team there makes.
Take the following review, as an example: “My mum now resides at this lovely care home. Each time I visit (as often as I can), sometimes announced, sometimes not, but each time we are greeted by staff with kindness and respect and always find my mum clean and nicely dressed. It’s so very important to me that my dear mother is cared for with love and kindness. I do come away with peace of mind, for which I am so grateful.”
