2019: The Year in Numbers
As 2019 draws to a close, we’ve been looking back on the year and what has been achieved.
And it turns out that we’ve been pretty busy!
Take a look at our round-up below, to find out exactly how everyone in the Pobl Commercial teams have been making a difference in Wales…
In the past 12 months, the team has handed over a grand total of 500 new homes. They’re working on a total of 39 developments right now, with 918 homes in progress.
Meanwhile, they’ve been busy submitting plans for 17 developments, equalling a whopping 1,151 new homes across the East and West divisions. All of that means they’ve made a difference in 10 separate council areas, making use of £39million from the Welsh Government.
And it doesn’t stop there!
When Pobl was formed in 2016 we pledged to deliver 3,000 new homes by 2021, which means we’re playing a key role in the regeneration of towns and cities across South Wales. And we’re delighted to announce that we’re on course to smash that target…
That’s right – our target was 3,000 homes and so far, we are contracted to build over 2000 homes, giving us real hopes of being able exceed expectations, as we look to the year ahead.
