Sales team ready to move in at Parc Eirin
With work underway on our development at Parc Eirin in Rhondda Cynon Taf, we’ve already received almost 100 pre-registrations of interest ahead of the sales office opening on site in January.
The 15-acre site is located within the beautiful Ely Valley, in the historic industrial heartland of Rhondda Cynon Taff, about 2.5km south of Gilfach Goch and 3km west of Tonyrefail. Residents will be able to enjoy the breath-taking hills and mountains of South Wales on their doorsteps.
Parc Eirin is a partnership with Sero Energy and Tirion Homes to develop smart, high quality homes that will stand the test of time.
As the largest development of its kind in the UK, Parc Eirin will leave a clean, low carbon legacy for future generations in the area, delivering low energy systems for the entire site via Sero Energy’s Home Energy Management service, helping to build a sustainable community.
The initial phases will see 112 homes built for Pobl (private sale and shared ownership), with the remainder then intended to be rental homes managed by Tirion Homes.
