Mansion Gardens: Progress
8 New homes have been completed at our Mansion Gardens development in Penllergaer, Swansea.
As you can see from the photos below, each home on this site has Smart Solar PV’s (Smart Photovoltaic Cells) on the roof, which are linked into the hot water heating system.
Each home also utilises modern, low consumption, programable heaters instead of gas combi boilers.
There are more homes planned for handover in the coming months, to make a total of 16 x 2 and 3 bedroom high quality homes, in partnership with Enzo’s Homes.
12 of these homes will be available for shared ownership, whilst 4 homes will be for social rent.
