P & P Building & Roofing Contractors have reconfigured the building into four 1-bedroom apartments, a staff office, communal area and garden room as part of a young person’s move-on facility.
The works were carried out in partnership with Welsh Government (as part of their Phase 2 Homelessness Strategy) and Monmouthshire County Council.
