The way we rent a home in Neath Port Talbot and Swansea is changing!

You will be able to select any home (s) that you are interested in and then follow the simple online process to apply.

It is important to remember that you must be eligible for the particular home you apply for, any restrictions will be detailed as part of the advert. This will ensure that homes are matched to families and/or individuals with suitable needs.

If more than one person applies for any particular house who is eligible, we will use our existing policy to make the decision about who we can offer to. This is based on housing need and how long people have been waiting for. We will take into account how long you have already been registered with us when making these decisions.

This new process is designed to give you more choice and make sure that we are only considering you for homes that you really want.
