The Pledge was drafted following recent events which have shone a new light on the racial inequalities and racism experienced by Black Asian Minority Ethnic communities across the globe, in the UK and in Wales. At Pobl we are committed to making lasting changes to eradicate systemic racial inequality and as such we signed up to the Pledge which includes taking a number of actions across a 5-year period.
This third update sets out our progress over the past year and our plans for the coming year.
