Llanmoor Homes and Pobl Group continue partnership to deliver affordable homes

With phase one of the Hawtin Meadows development at Pontllanfraith, near Blackwood already completed, Amanda Davies, Group Chief Executive, and Neil Barber, Managing Director, Commercial, from Pobl Group joined Tim Grey, Sales Director of Llanmoor Homes on site.

Phase two is under way and due for build completion during late 2021and Pobl is delighted to be working with Llanmoor, a family owned Welsh company, on this project.

Llanmoor Homes has a proven track record of delivering high quality affordable homes for housing associations and local authorities as well as their open market sale homes across South Wales.

Sales Director Mr Grey said:

Pobl Group is Wales’ largest housing association, managing over 15,000 homes, and employing more than 2,500 people. The group currently has 39 developments ongoing with the construction of 918 homes in progress, including 225 affordable, energy efficient homes at Parc Eirin in Rhondda Cynon Taf.

Additionally, Reserved Matters planning approval has been granted for a collaborative project with Coastal Housing to develop a new community of 144 zero carbon homes at Gwynfaen Farm to the west of Swansea.
