Many of you will know Pobl Group as a housing association and care provider, working predominantly in South East and West Wales. But did you know, we provide student accommodation too?
We own buildings in and around Cardiff, Swansea, Aberystwyth and Bangor and until now, all of our Aberystwyth accommodation has been under the management of the University. But things are changing.
From July 2020, Pobl Student Living will be taking over the management of Clarendon – one of our beautiful Victorian buildings on the Aberystwyth seafront. That means we’re going to be making some huge improvements for the 2020/21 term.
What's changing?
For the new term, we’re partnering with Alexanders – a well-respected lettings agent situated in Aberystwyth town centre. They’ve been in the business for almost 30 years and offer an un-rivalled service. Their knowledge of the local student market is second to none, which makes us confident that they will be able to assist students to arrange viewings and secure their modern seafront home for the 2020/21 term.
What about the building?
As part of the takeover, we’ll be giving Clarendon quite a makeover!
