Looking good at Glyncorrwg!
Pobl Group are delighted to have taken handover of six bungalows in Glyncorrwg, which were developed by Encon Construction.
The new homes have replaced unsightly blocks of flats which were previously on the site and have been finished to an excellent standard.
Check out the transformation in these before and after pics:
The bungalows are aimed at those who would find it difficult to live in a flat or house, and the new residents have all commented on how pleased they are with their new homes, especially the quality of the build.
This development was funded with Social Housing Grant from the Welsh Government and allocated through Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council.
“We are delighted with the finished result of this build, which has vastly improved the visual appeal of the plot. At Pobl, we aim to build high quality homes in places where people want to live, and these new bungalows at Glyncorrwg are an excellent example of this. The people who have moved in are overjoyed with their new homes, and we wish them many happy years there.” Carys Spence, Project Manager - Pobl Group
“We are extremely pleased to have completed this project, working collaboratively with Pobl, and the project team Pentan Architects, Bradley Associates and ER Brown, to provide much needed affordable housing within Neath Port Talbot. The Encon Team are proud that both Pobl and residents are impressed with the quality of the build and we would like to pay credit to our construction team and our supply chain headed up by our site manager Carl Nicholas. They are to be commended for achieving a high quality finish to homes, especially during the recent difficult times.” Antonia John, Business Development & CSR Manager - Encon Construction
