Community Conversations at Beacon Hill
Members of the local Townhill community have the chance to have their say about our Beacon Hill development in Swansea.
Two community conversation events were recently held in The Phoenix Centre and Cwmdonkin Park, Swansea, to offer the local community an opportunity to talk with Pobl and Morganstone about the development of 160 homes (which will be available for shared ownership, outright sale and rent).
Topics discussed included plans for the green space on site, connectivity and active travel links, community benefits that they would like to see supported, and employment and training opportunities that the site will offer.
Circus Eruption came along to give people the opportunity to practise their circus skills and lots of positive conversations were had.
