Parc Eirin shortlisted in Wales Property Awards
We are delighted to announce that our Parc Eirin development has been shortlisted for the Sustainability Award at the Wales Property Awards 2021.
The awards will celebrate the achievements of property and construction companies, deals, developments, advisory firms and individuals across Wales. The award shortlists were chosen by Insider’s panel of independent judges.
Parc Eirin is our partnership with Sero Energy and Tirion Homes to develop 2, 3 & 4 bedroom high quality homes that will stand the test of time, leaving a clean, low carbon legacy for Tonyrefail and the Ely Valley. High specification and innovative enhancements mean that the low carbon homes at Pare Eirin are built for the future, making it easy to lead affordable, healthy, sustainable lifestyles.
