Post Office payments to end on July 19th
We are making changes to the way in which customers can make payments to us.
If you currently make payments to Pobl at the Post Office, you should be aware that this service will end on WEDNESDAY 19th JULY and you will no longer be able to do so from this date.
Please read on for details on alternative ways to pay.

What is changing?
As part of our ongoing commitment to keeping your rent as affordable as possible we are constantly reviewing how we operate, and identifying where we can do things more cost-effectively while making things easier for customers.
The cost to Pobl for payments made via Post Office can be as much as 20 times higher per customer than other methods available. When you multiply that across all our customers, that adds up to a huge amount potentially lost every year which could be reinvested into Pobl homes or help to ensure rent remains affordable.
This is why we have made the decision to end the use of Post Office for payments on Wednesday 19th July.

What are your alternative payment options?
Direct Debit
The easiest option is to sign up to pay by Direct Debit, one of the safest and most convenient ways of paying your bills.
Direct Debit payments are flexible, giving you control. You can now choose when your payment will be made – weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or annually, not just monthly – which will help you easily schedule your bills to suit you. They also save you time, taking away the hassle of paying the bill each month.
Importantly, paying by Direct Debit reduces the cost to Pobl, allowing us to keep rents down and to invest more into your homes.
PayPoint
Paypoint is an organisation that specialises in providing ways for customers to make easy and convenient payments, making millions of people’s lives a little easier every day.
Established more than 25 years ago, Paypoint’s network is the largest in the UK, including over 28,000 retailers, which means you will have more places to pay than ever before. You will be able to pay wherever you see the PayPoint logo.

What happens next?
To sign up to pay by Direct Debit please email info@poblgroup.co.uk or call 0330 175 9726 and one of our team will be happy to get you set up.
If you wish to use Paypoint, then simply use your existing Pobl issued payment card in any of the PayPoint locations, exactly as you would in the Post Office.
If you already pay us via Direct Debit or the PayPoint network, then nothing will change for you.
