Coronavirus – Keeping each other safe

The safety of our customers and team is important to us, which is why we have introduced a number of ways to assess risk before we enter people's homes or provide services.

The safety of our customers and team is vitally important to us, which is why we have introduced a number of ways to assess risk before we enter people’s homes or provide services.

Before visiting, we may call you to see if you are ok, have any symptoms of coronavirus or if you are self-isolating. When we visit you, we will ask the same. In situations where someone in the home is affected, we will provide some services on an emergency basis only e.g. repairs to your home.

Also, we kindly ask that you do not visit our care homes and offices if you are currently unwell, or if you, a partner or a dependent has recently returned from a category 1 or 2 country. If in doubt, please contact the care home manager before coming to site.

We are in unique times and while we may need to postpone meetings and events, we want to ensure that we continue to provide vital services while keeping everyone safe.

We are working hard to continue providing business as usual but please understand that there will be some disruption before things get back to normal.

Please continue to check our digital channels for updates and please, remember to make us aware if you, or someone in your home, is affected by coronavirus.

Thank you for your understanding and co-operation at what we know is a worrying time for everybody.
