We are well prepared for #Coronavirus and we are doing everything possible to protect the health and safety of our residents and colleagues, following latest advice from Public Health Wales and taking pro-active measures.
We kindly ask that you do not visit our care homes and offices if you are currently unwell, or if you, a partner or a dependent has recently returned from a category 1 or 2 country. If in doubt, please contact the care home manager before coming to site.
Our front-line team have been issued with hand sanitisers and other protective wear. Our team are all making sure that they wash their hands thoroughly before entering homes and regularly whilst on site.
If one of our team is attending your home it is critical that you let them in to carry out any urgent works. If you have been advised to self-isolate please let us know before we are due to visit you.
There may come a point in the near future that we will need to take further sensible precautions to ensure social isolation in our communities by providing a limited service, and only attend urgent works.
At the moment it is business as usual and we will be in touch if anything changes.
