Completion of new homes at Cross Hands
60 new homes have been completed and handed over at Pobl Group’s Maes y Gwenyn development in Cross Hands, with the last of the new residents moving in just before Christmas at the end of last year.

The mixed tenure site at Maes y Gwenyn have provided much needed affordable housing in an increasingly popular residential area.
The homes are a mixture of 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, and new residents will enjoy excellent transport links and a fantastic range of local amenities in the immediate area.
“We’re delighted to see this development completed, and to welcome people to their new homes. This scheme is an excellent example of our mission to build genuinely affordable homes and create places where people want to live. I’m sure that the new residents will enjoy many happy years here.” Amy Prince, Project Manager at Pobl Group
