EDI encompasses so much more than this, which is why we’re launching ‘FREDIE’. FREDIE adds in the principles of Fairness and Respect to the equality and diversity agenda and recognises the importance of Engaging with our colleagues and customers.

We are working with the National Centre for Diversity to measure how we demonstrate the FREDIE qualities at Pobl and will be sharing a short questionnaire with customers and colleagues in the coming weeks…
