We are upgrading our systems from Friday 28th October and, as a result, are currently running a reduced service focused on dealing with urgent requests and emergency repairs only.
For all other non-urgent enquiries, please get in touch from Tuesday 1st November when normal service will resume. We appreciate your understanding while we work to improve our service to you and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Please note that customers will be unable to make any rent payments via the Portal during this time. Payments can still be made by selecting option 1 when you call the automated line on 0330 175 9726.
