Pobl’s student accommodation in Bangor University has scooped the prestigious accolade of “best in the UK” at the What Uni Student Choice Awards 2018.
Whatuni proclaims “There’s no panel of snooty judges, no favourtism, just the student voice.” They collected over 36,000 reviews, visited over 100 universities, and spoke to thousands of students before coming up with it’s overall winner – Bangor University!
With over 11,000 students choosing to study in Bangor every year, and the University achieving a Gold Award for its ‘outstanding teaching’, the university and accommodation is proving a very attractive proposition for future students considering their place of study and home for the next few years.
Ffriddoedd Village is located in Upper Bangor and has around 2,000 rooms, most of which are en-suite.
Students will benefit from wi-fi, wired internet, water, electricity and heating bills being included in the price. On site is a shop, Bar Uno café bar, Canolfan Brailsford sport centre, launderettes and common rooms.
