We are delighted to share with you the fantastic news that Pobl Group has successfully achieved the highly prestigious Investors in Diversity quality mark.
A team, drawn from each part of Pobl, have worked really hard to ensure that all parts of our business were able to contribute to demonstrating and developing our commitment to Diversity.
The assessors were particularly impressed with our overall commitment and “can do” attitude to inclusivity. Here is an extract from their report.
The National Centre for Diversity Advisor told us: “Pobl shows a deep commitment to equality and diversity. I was struck by the professionalism, enthusiasm and friendliness of all I encountered and the evidence of continuous reflection and improvement. With clear structures in place to embed EDI across a complex organisation, I have every confidence in Pobl’s ability to drive its commitment to inclusivity positively forward”.
Pobl were also complimented on creating a “vibrant environment with a real intent to help people to thrive” and the assessors felt our survey results revealed “a clear commitment and understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion.”
Achieving this accreditation is something we are really proud of. Supporting us to attract people to join us from a wide talent pool, with the broadest range of skills and backgrounds to ensure we create an organisation reflective of the communities in which we work.
