The Welsh Government has produced it’s annual Regulatory Judgement on Pobl Group, almost a year after the Group was formed following the merger of Seren Group and Grwp Gwalia.

– Identifies and manages new and emerging risks appropriately.

– Meets viability requirements and has the financial capacity to deal with scenarios
appropriately.
