Pobl people are at the frontline of a new way of working that ensures organisations are adapting quickly and effectively to changes affecting them and their customers.
Frontline Futures is a training programme developed by the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Cymru to do exactly that. Ahead of its third intake, CIH Cymru and the Wales Audit Office have been sharing experiences and good practice developed by attendees of the course’s first 2 rounds, including staff from Pobl’s Tai Gwalia and Charter Housing teams.
A new article on the Wales Audit Office’s Good Practice Exchange looks at the Frontline Futures programme in depth and shares an example of how this has led to positive changes, both for Tai Gwalia’s customers and for the organisation itself.
