AllPay Update

We have recently made some changes to the way you can make payments to us.

We can see that you have used the AllPay mobile app or the Allpay Payment Gateway to pay your rent, which will no longer be available to Pobl customers from Tuesday 18th July. 

 

You can continue to make card payments online at www.poblgroup.co.uk/homes-and-communities/pay-your-rent/ or www.poblconnect.co.uk; however the best option for making regular payments is Direct Debit. 

 

Paying by Direct Debit is the easiest and most convenient way of paying us and is used by more than 5,000 Pobl customers, who benefit from the following advantages: 

  • It’s reliable and automatic, saving you time and giving you peace of mind that your payments will automatically transfer every month. 
  • It comes with a guarantee, making it the safest way of paying your rent. 
  • It’s flexible, giving you a choice of payment dates and schedules (weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or annually, not just monthly) that suit you personally. 

 

From Tuesday 18th July onwards, you will need to make alternative arrangements as any future payments made through the Allpay app or Allpay Payment Gateway could be delayed or even fail to reach your account, meaning you may fall into arrears.
