Pobl have a variety of shared and self contained flats and houses available where people can still receive support across the areas in which we work.
Each person will be assessed individually to assess their suitability to move on into this accommodation.

Dyfrig House, Cardiff
Supported Accommodation with Housing Related Support , providing specialist accommodation and support for homeless people with alcohol or substance misuse problems in Cardiff. Dyfrig House has been transformed into 21 self-contained bedrooms with private en-suite toilet and shower facilities, which encourages and supports residents’ progression to independent living.
Clifton Place, Newport
Clifton Place provides 29 high quality self contained bedsits and flats for individuals and families who are at risk of homelessness. This short term accommodation and support scheme is for people in priority housing need, referrals are made by the local authority in Newport.
Llys Awen, Gorseinon
Llys Awen provides tremendous social benefits for young people by encouraging and mentoring them to achieve their goals and to assist them in learning how to live independently, and in turn, integrate effectively into society. Pobl provides the support which gives young people with complex needs the chance to gain independent living skills in a psychologically informed environment.
