We offer a range of support options for young people with the aim of helping build resilient and successful futures.
Housing First
We offer a pioneering Housing First service for young people with complex needs. For young people who may have had multiple placement breakdowns we can offer accommodation and support that is bespoke to their individual needs.
This service recognises that waiting for some young people to be “tenancy ready” is not realistic. Their needs are such that they are not likely to succeed if they are expected to follow traditional routes to leave care and transition to independence.
Specialist Supported Accommodation
We offer specialist supported accommodation for young people. These are Psychologically Informed Environments.
Flexible floating support
We support young people to successfully move on from supported accommodation or care. This support is both practical to ensure tenancies are maintained and focused on the social, emotional, training and employment needs of young people. We know it is these elements that lead to successful and fulfilling lives for young people.
