My role at Pobl

I am one of the Learning and Development Facilitators who has supported colleagues across Pobl for over 4 years. I love my job, aiding my colleague’s growth, aiding them to be better individuals and in turn the people they support.

Why is the Pobl Trust important to me?

It’s a real privilege to be a part of that in Pobl Trust as community and charity have been an important part of my life. Throughout my life I have been involved in fundraising, awareness projects, and sponsored events for a range of causes. This strong foundation based on compassion and consideration for others lead me to me join an international charity where I learnt more about good charity management, funding opportunities and connections across South Wales.

Now I want to bring this passion and skills to the pobl trust where I hope we can continue to have a massive impact in our communities and their people across Wales.
