We’re launching a ‘COVID-19 Pobl Colleague Voices Survey’ that we’d like you to complete.
How to complete the survey
You’ll receive an invitation to complete the survey to your works email this Friday (24th).
This email will come from ‘messenger@peachymondays.com’ and will contain a link to the survey.
We know that your time is precious, so it should take less than 5 minutes to complete. You can complete it wherever and whenever it suits you best.
The survey is made up of 16 multiple choice questions. It also includes free text questions for you to add a bit more information and if you want to provide further information anonymously then you will have an opportunity to do that.
You will have until 5pm Friday 1st May to complete the survey. This is so that we can view feedback quickly.
Accessing your work email – Outlook / Office 365
Having access to your work email is critical in times like these and in general. We need to be able to communicate with you and you need to be able to read these and communicate back.
The guides below will show you how to set up Outlook on your mobile or other device. You will then be able to quickly check your work emails from your device.
- Outlook account – Windows > Outlook account - Windows
- Outlook account – Android > Outlook account - Android
- Outlook account – Apple > Outlook account - Apple
- Head over to office.microsoft.com and click Sign in in the top right
- Enter your credentials (typically firstname.lastname@poblgroup.co.uk i.e. Josh.Jones@poblgroup.co.uk)
- This should take you to our Pobl front page. If it doesn’t:
- Click your name in the top right, click view account
- Click the Pobl Logo in the top left

The survey will be hosted by independent feedback specialists Peachy Mondays, who stake their reputation on protecting the anonymity of employees, so you’re free to speak your mind!
Your responses are totally anonymous and your identity won’t be revealed to us but you will have an opportunity to add your name if you feel you want to.
The invitation email and some follow-up communications will come from messenger@peachymondays.com.
What next?
After this COVID-19 Pobl Voices Survey closes, we will review all feedback. This will improve our understanding so that we can evaluate measures and implement changes quickly and confidently where needed.
