To get involved and make a difference you don’t need any previous experience – you just need to be enthusiastic and to care about improving services that affect you and your community.
There are many different ways that you can give us your views – from taking part in a quick survey, attending a focus group or joining our customer scrutiny group, Pobl Panel.
Pobl Voices
Pobl Voices gives you the opportunity to have your say on a range of topics online. You can respond at any time (not just when the office is open!) and get involved with topics that are important to you.

Pobl Panel is the new name for our tenant scrutiny group. They are a group of customers who work with us to take a closer look at customer services and make suggestions for improvement. We are currently reviewing Pobl Panel but if you would like to log your interest please e-mail us and we will keep you updated.
Community Chest
We know that sometimes a little cash is all you need to get ideas off the ground or to scale up what you already do to involve more local people.
If you have an idea or project that you would like to run in your area, get in touch with your Neighbourhood Housing Manager to find out if we can help with guidance, project support and some financial help.
