Pay your rent

There are a number of ways that you can pay your rent, you will need to know your payment reference number. If you don’t know your payment reference number, please call us on one of the numbers below.

You can call us on 01792 488 288 or 01633 212375 to pay over the phone or discuss setting up a standing order/direct debit.

  • What do I need to do to ensure I update DWP correctly for my Universal Credit?

    For customers who receive Universal Credit, you need to update the details in your online journal as soon as possible after 4th April 2022 to ensure your payments are not disrupted.

  • I’ve had more than one rent uplift letter, what should I do?

    We spotted that due to a system error, some rent uplift letters were not correct.  New letters have been sent out to affected customers and the letter with the most recent date is the correct one.  If you are at all unsure, please contact us via ServiceCharges@poblgroup.co.uk.

  • What do I need to do to ensure my Housing Benefit are updated?

    If you are claiming Housing Benefit we will have already notified your local Housing Benefit office where we receive Housing Benefit directly.  Where you receive Housing Benefit directly to yourself, please contact your local Housing Benefit office to provide them the new rent details. 

  • Can I speak to someone about ways I can pay my rent?
