There are a number of ways that you can pay your rent, you will need to know your tenancy reference number.

If your tenancy reference number is 1-6 digits long

You can pay over the phone or set up a standing order/direct debit by calling us on 01792 488 288

If your tenancy reference number is one or more of the below:
– 7 or more digits long.
– Contains a “/”.
– Has letters at the beginning.
