Developing at scale

We have created an impressive 3,368 new homes in the five year period 2016-2021, exceeding our target of 3,000. The target was set at the time of the Group’s formation in 2016 and, despite the unforeseen challenges thrown up by the Coronavirus pandemic, we are proud to have provided so many much needed new homes.

Our mixed tenure approach allows to offer a range of ownership options on our developments, including affordable rented, outright sales, shared ownership and leasehold.
