  • Power Stations

Active Homes Neath sits within the Homes as Power Stations Swansea Bay City Deal project led by Neath Port Talbot Council.

It is hoped that the Homes as Power Stations concept will kick start a construction programme with a projected investment of over £500m when the concept is operational across the region.

Following progress on this development, the goal is to roll out the concept across the Swansea Bay City Region area to both new housing projects and retrofitting existing homes.
