Penderi Reports
The Penderi Look Book provides details of some of the top Green Infrastructure interventions for Penderi.
Improvements to green and blue infrastructure in Penderi is central to the commitments made by Pobl and Swansea Council through the Penderi Masterplan. The Look Book provides practical GI projects that can start to address the climate and nature emergencies we face, as well as providing high quality green space for people living in Penderi: Blaenymaes, Portmead, Penplas and Cadle.
These projects have been worked up with Green Infrastructure Consultancy (GIC) following a detailed mapping exercise undertaken by Pobl with GIC in 2022. The mapping exercise provided 25 layers of GIS mapping as a baseline for green spaces improvements.

Penderi Lane Report was put together as part of the CRF Penderi Green Regeneration project. It provides an overview of conversations held with the community about how they feel about the space and what they would like to see improved. This report provides the basis for designing GI interventions in this space to meet community need.
