Ammanford Juniors provides football opportunities to children up to the age of 12 years old, allowing them to participate and learn new skills.

Awen Cultural Trust

To purchase workwear and personal protective equipment for work-based learning projects for adults with learning disabilities.

Caersalem House

Support of the "Dafydd Davies Cup"; a montly 5-a-side football tournament that has improved Pobl clients physical and mental health and bought communities together in RCT.

Cardiff Whales Swimming Club

Situated at Wester Leisure Centre, Ely, this group enables children and young people with physical and learning disabilities to swim and become more confident in the water.

Circle of Friendships

Art supplies for sessions for the Friendship Group formed by Ridgewood Gardens, Coed Arian, Ty Seren and Llys Arthur.

The Community Impact Initiative C.I.C

For people affected by unemployment and social isolation enabling them to improve their wellbeing, achieve qualifications, and connect across their community.

Football equipment to support the physical and mental health an Under 9s football team in Morriston, Swansea.

Cruse Bereavement Suport Cymru

To train a bereavement volunteer to support adults struggling with grief to rebuild their lives.

Empower Inspire CIC

Empower CIC is an Alzheimer's Society Delivery Partner, forming a Singing For The Brain project in Cwmgwrach; an informal singing group to improve brain activity and wellbeing in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

The Family and Community Group

For the purchase of play equipment for this group based at Mount Pleasant Community Hall, Cwmbran developing support for families through peer support and activities in hall and adjacent park.

Costumes and props to provide enrichment to children in hospitals and children facing disadvantages in the community due to disability, illness or deprivation.

For the purchase of a counter-top double griddle pan meaning the Team at Matthew's House can intercept more food waste and serve more meals.

A project that allows the community to access free online resources to help manage their mental and emotional wellbeing and to socialise with others.

Cefn Fforest Miners Welfare Hall

To support to refurbishment of accessible toilets, and mother and baby facilities, as part of the renovation of this historic building.

The New Drop In Centre

A litter picking hub - promoted and based at the Blaen-y-Maes Drop in Centre - where the public will be able to access litter picking equipment and head out into the local community and help recycle.

A community volunteer-based organisation committed to reducing food waste and reducing food poverty in the immediate neighbourhood.

To enhance the experience of the individuals of Osborne Street, who have learning disabilities and autism, but creating an outdoor space where they could spend time to improve their mental wellbeing.

To develop a sustainable fruit and vegetable plot and to enable those with mental health needs, physical and learning disabilities to have a long term sense of purpose and an opportunity to feel valued and worthwhile in a place that they can reap rewards and grow.
