What are the different room types?
We also have a very limited number of studio and duplex apartments available: if you are interested in these options, please contact us as soon as possible, as they tend to sell very quickly.
The Budget Range
If money is tight, then our budget range fits the bill. With single beds and smaller rooms, this is our cheapest room option.
Prices start from £99 per week (on a 43 week contract).
The Essential Range
Just want the essentials? You got it! With slightly larger rooms than our budget range, and a queen sized double bed, these rooms have everything you need for a fantastic student living experience with no frills attached.
Prices start from £110 per week (on a 43 week contract).
The Premium Range
Want more space? Go premium! Our largest rooms, which all feature stunning sea views and loads of space for all your stuff!
Prices start from £121 per week (on a 43 week contract).
The Deluxe Range
Life the life of luxury: based in our Clarendon building, these rooms benefit from ensuite bathrooms, and their own on-site laundry.
Prices start from £138 per week (on a 43 week contract).
What is included in the rooms?
All of our bedrooms are fully furnished, and contain: bedframe and mattress, wardrobe, desk, desk chair, desk lamp, waste paper bin, wall mounted shelf and a wall mounted noticeboard.
The kitchens also contain: fridge-freezer, integrated oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, mop and bucket, vacuum cleaner, dustpan and brush, iron and ironing board, flat screen smart TV and a wall mounted noticeboard.
