Parcels delivered through Royal Mail will be delivered to your door, Royal Mail have keys to access the front doors so they can leave items in your hallway.

If there are any queries regarding missing items or you need to locate parcels please call  01970632600 or 01970632602 instead of going direct to customer services, this will help you to resolve the issue quicker.

Any parcels delivered by a different courier (e.g. DPD, Hermes) will need to have your contact number or you will need to meet them to collect your parcel at the front door as these do not have access to get into the buildings.
